With ten years navigating complex digital landscapes, I've found that meaningful design isn't about surface beauty—it's about creating clarity from chaos.

Origin story

I've always lived at the intersection of different worlds. My background in art taught me to see beyond the obvious, my love of technology showed me what's possible, and my fascination with language helps me translate complex ideas into stories that resonate.

Over the past decade, I've enjoyed working across
diverse industries, collaborating with teams to solve
complex customer challenges through a human-centered design approach.

Approach

I'm obsessed with creating clarity, not by oversimplifying, but by revealing the natural patterns buried within complexity. My approach isn't about making things pretty, it's about making the complicated feel intuitive by removing what's unnecessary and highlighting what truly matters to the people using it.

Embracing curiosity
and lifelong learning

Building bridges and fostering collaboration

I actively seek out opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge, whether it's through staying up-to-date on the latest technologies or collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines. I believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning within my team, encouraging everyone to explore new ideas and challenge themselves to grow.

“Being a woman in this field is challenging, yet to see you do it everyday and excel gives me hope. Because of Lara’s direct impact, I am where I am today standing in that UX Designer role just 11 months later stronger than ever equipped with the confidence, key skills and knowledge to break into this industry.”

“Lara has a great skill for asking the right questions—ones that challenge assumptions and push teams toward better, more thoughtful solutions.
